This journal is a peer reviewed, fully open access journal owned by Beihang University. Beihang University retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. This journal has an open access fee (also known as an article processing charge APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The article processing charge for this journal is USD 1000 (excluding taxes) for each article accepted for publication. For all articles submitted before the 28 February 2022 the article processing charge will be fully waived, making it free to publish in the journal.
