Open access journal – Propulsion and Power Research

This journal is a peer reviewed, open access journal. All articles will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download. To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an article processing charge APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The article processing charge for this journal is USD 1000 (excluding taxes) for each article accepted for publication. For all articles submitted before the 28 February 2022 the article processing charge will be fully waived, making it free to publish in the journal.
Propulsion and Power Research 是同行评议开放获取期刊。刊登的全部论文均发布在 ScienceDirect数据库，让全球研究者均可以及时免费地获取全文信息。为了提供开放获取出版，论文一经采用，需要作者或相关研究机构支付开放获取出版费(也称为论文加工费 APC)，收费标准为 1000 美元/篇 (不含税)。2022 年 2 月 28 日前提交的所有论文，采用后将免费发表，作者无需支付论文加工费。

The article processing charge (which cover the costs of turning a manuscript into a finished article, as well as the costs of hosting, distributing and promoting an article) will only be required after an article is accepted for publication. Apart from this article processing charge there are no other fees (for example submission charges, page charges, or colour charges). Author’s ability to pay and waiver requests will not affect the editorial peer review outcome.
论文采用后，才需支付论文加工费(包括论文编辑加工、正式出版，以及论文的托管、分发和推广费用，除论文加工费外，不再单独收取审稿费、版面费和彩图费)。我们承诺：作者的支付能力和减免要求不会影响论文同行评议的最终结果。

论文加工费的减免与折扣

• Priority for waivers and discounts to the articles for which the authors are based in a country eligible for the Research4Life program.
  隶属于 Research4Life 项目国家的作者，优先享有减免和折扣
• Waivers and discounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if an author (or group of authors) from a non-Research4life country cannot afford the article processing charge.
  非 Research4life 国家的作者如果无法支付论文加工费，可以申请减免和折扣。
• Waiver or discount may be requested at any point in the editorial workflow (presubmission to acceptance). Author’s ability to pay and waiver or discount request will not affect the editorial peer review outcome.
  在论文处理的任何环节，作者都可以提交论文加工费减免和折扣申请。
  我们承诺：作者的支付能力和减免折扣申请不会影响论文同行评议的最终结果。
