Journal of Electronic Science and Technology (JEST), an open access, peer-reviewed journal published by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), is currently seeking Editorial Board Members (EBMs) whose research interests include, but are not limited to:

• Bioelectronics and biomedicine
• Circuits and systems
• Communication technology
• Computer science and information technology
• Electronic materials and devices
• Information and network security
• Neural networks and intelligent systems
• Optoelectronic and photonic technologies
• Energy-efficient technology
• Quantum technology
• Sensing and measurement
• Signal processing and image processing
• Terahertz science and technology

Criteria to becoming EBM of JEST

• Active and qualified researchers with a doctoral degree (holding an appointment at a university or an academic/research institution);
• Strong interest in the scholarly journal;
• Good publication record with at least five high-quality papers as the first or corresponding author in the past five years.

Responsibilities of EBM

• Serving a three-year term with possible renewal for a second term;
• Raising the journal’s profile among your professional network and at conferences;
• Recommending and soliciting submissions from established authors;
• Contributing at least one high-level paper as either the first or corresponding author during your term;
• Reviewing manuscripts.
