Hsiang-Ning Luk, MD, MS, PhD, currently is the director of Department of Anesthesia, Hualien Tzu-Chi Medical Center, Hualien,Taiwan. He graduated from National Defense Medical Center, Taipei, Taiwan and Department of Physiology, Leuven University, Belgium.
Dr. Luk has published more than 100 research articles and authored several books on the topics of ethics review, airway management, etc.
Dr. Luk's academic research interests are focused on cardiac cellular electrophysiology, clinical anesthesia, and airway management.
