Andrey Zhidkin appointed as ISWCR board member

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Andrey Zhidkin as an editorial board member for ISWCR. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Andrey Zhidkin to the team.
Dr. Zhidkin is the head of the Laboratory of Soil Erosion at the V.V. Dokuchaev Soil Science Institute, which is the leader in the field of fundamental and applied soil science in Russia with more than 95 years of experience. Dr. Zhidkin’s research interests are soil erosion processes, soil erosion models, USLE modeling, and the use of fallout radionuclides to document soil erosion and soil redistribution rates. He is heavily involved in national programs, related to soil conservation, and quantitative assessment of soil degradation. Dr. Andrey Zhidkin has published more than 50 articles in several journals and has currently carried out a project on digital modeling and analysis of erosion soil cover patterns.
