Green Energy & Environment has co-organized the 8th International Congress on Ionic Liquids (COIL-8) during May 13-17, 2019 in Beijing, China. Over 700 scientists and delegates of the industrial sector from Australia, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Korea, UK and USA and other more than 30 countries gathered in Beijing for COIL-8, focusing on the development and application of ionic liquids in the future. 443 presentations were presented, including 20 plenary lectures, 18 keynotes, 47 invited lectures, 131 oral presentations and 227 posters. This was the first time that COIL was held in China.
Four Green Energy & Environment excellent poster prizes were awarded to the following winners:
- Haruna Mizuno , Yokohama National University, Japan
Self-Assembled Structures of Ion Gels Prepared from Ionic Liquid and ABA-Type Block Copolymer - Viviane Eleanor Overbeck , University of Rostock, Germany
Reliable NMR Deuteron Quadrupole Coupling Constants and Reorientational Correlation Times of Protic Ionic Liquids - Hayden Broomhall , RMIT University, Australia
Investigating the Effect of Ionic Liquid Alkyl Chain Length and Viscosity on Enzyme Stability - Haoyue Guo , Tsinghua University, China
Effect of Imidazolium-Based Ionic Liquids with Different Alky Chain Lengths on the Structure and Phase Behavior of Palmitoleoylphosphatidylethanolamine
On behalf of Green Energy & Environment, we would like to congratulate both winners on their outstanding achievements!
