Quan Zhou appointed as ENSS editorial board member

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Quan Zhou as an editorial board member for ENSS. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Zhou to the team.

Quan Zhou, assistant chief engineer of Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. (SNERDI), also serves as the chief engineer of the Department of Component Research and Design, and the pressure vessel academic leader of SNERDI. He is a member of the ASME-III China working group and the 3rd Energy Industry Nuclear Power Standardization Technical Committee. He has achieved numerous accolades and achievements, including the first class provincial and ministerial level awards for scientific and technological progress, the group company’s special award, and over 30 patent applications.

Mr. Zhou is the chief engineer of the integrated heating reactor main equipment system of SNERDI. He has extensive experience in heat exchanger research and design, as well as high-efficiency heat transfer technology. Notably, he has achieved multiple accomplishments and remarkable breakthroughs in high-efficiency heat exchangers and high-temperature heat pipes. These advanced technologies are extensively applied, integrated heating reactor and heat pipe reactors.
