Emerging Contaminants 2021 best paper awards

We are delighted to introduce the Emerging Contaminants 2021 best paper awards to recognise outstanding papers published in the journal volume. After a selection process involving the editorial board, three papers have been recognised including two research articles and a review article:
- Minimizing the environmental impact of PFAS by using specialized coagulants for the treatment of PFAS polluted waters and for the decontamination of firefighting equipment
Martin Cornelsen, Roland Weber and Stefan Panglisch - Latent, sex-specific metabolic health effects in CD-1 mouse offspring exposed to PFOA or HFPO-DA (GenX) during gestation
Harlie A. Cope, Bevin E. Blake, Charlotte Love et al. - The role of emerging organic contaminants in the development of antimicrobial resistance
