Dr. Qing Yun Li, MD, PhD. Professor of Medicine, doctoral and postdoctoral graduate tutor. He currently serves as Director of Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine; Director of Sleep Center, Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Vice Director of Institute of Respiratory Disease, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, China.

Membership in Professional and Scientific Societies: He is director of Sleep Disordered Breathing Group, Shanghai Medical Society; Vice director of Sleep Disordered Breathing Group, Chinese Thoracic Society; Vice director of Chinese Society of Sleep Research; Vice director of Sleep Medicine, Chinese Medical Doctor Association; Vice director of Sleep Medicine Branch, China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics; Committee Member of Shanghai Medical Society, Respiratory Medicine Branch. As for the International Membership in Professional and Scientific Societies: He is also member of American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), European Respiratory Society (ERS), World Sleep Society (WSS), American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), and Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR).

His research has been supported by National Key Research and Development project, National Natural Science Foundation, and Shanghai Commission of Science and Technology, etc. He has more than 200 publications, and experience in publishing more than 30 medical works as either editor in chief or editor board. He has been honored with the Shanghai Municipal Scientific and Technology Award, and the Shanghai Association of Rehabilitation Medicine Award.
