Call for Papers for “Excellence in Powder Materials” Award of APM

Advanced Powder Materials (APM) is an open access journal. It operates at the frontiers of powder materials research and promotes the development of powder materials science with an Impact Factor of 28.6.

Now we are introducing a new Research & Development Global Powder Materials award, named — 'Excellence in Powder Materials’. It will highlight the most promising work of mid-career researcher with a proven track record in high quality and innovative research in the field of powder materials (ideally 10-15 years), and with a corresponding record of publication in high quality international journals.

Applicants need to submit an article to the journal as any article type, including full papers, communications, and review articles in the form of Reviews, Highlights or Perspectives.

“Excellence in Powder Materials” Award Selection Process

1. Please indicate your manuscript as an “Excellence in Powder Materials” Award submission and include the link of your research webpage in the cover letter.
2. All manuscripts will be reviewed by a selection committee comprised of established experts within the powder materials field. If accepted, they will be published as Advance Articles online with a DOI as soon as possible.
3. Up to 10 final candidates will be ultimately selected from all applicants and announced on the homepage of APM.

Benefits

1. A certificate of “Excellence in Powder Materials” award of APM;
2. No publication fee;
3. USD 1,000 before tax for per article.

Dates / Deadline

• Submit manuscript no later than 31^st March 2025
• Evaluation committee candidate review and decision — April-May 2025
• Announcement of award to the candidate — Mid-June 2025
