Official statement regarding website cloning from the International Journal of Innovation Studies

已发布 25 七月, 2024

The International Journal of Innovation Studies (IJIS, ISSN 2096-2487/ CN 10-1440/G3) is a premier multidisciplinary journal in the field of innovation studies. It is supervised by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and jointly organized by China Science Publishing & Media Ltd. and Tsinghua University, publishing services by Elsevier B.V. on behalf of KeAi Communications Co. Ltd.

Since its establishment in 2017, IJIS has been disseminating high-quality research through its quarterly open-access issues available globally. Currently, IJIS does not charge any publication fees.

IJIS publishes pioneering research across a range of disciplines, including economics, management, sociology, philosophy, natural sciences, engineering sciences, psychology and public policy. All submissions are subjected to a rigorous peer-review process, and only manuscripts in English are considered.

It has come to our attention that a fraudulent website is impersonating the official IJIS website and has established an unauthorized manuscript submission and review system. This fraudulent activity is severely damaging to the reputation of IJIS, infringes on the rights of authors, undermines the trust of our readers and contributors, and has caused significant negative impact to both the research community and society. We urge all readers and authors to verify the authenticity of any IJIS-related website.

To safeguard your interests and security, the IJIS editorial office hereby solemnly declares the following:

1 Please verify our official websites and contact details

2 Do not trust information from other sources

All our official information, notifications, and activities will be published on our official website. Please do not trust any information obtained through other channels, especially those involving money or personal information.

3 Protect your personal information

Do not provide your personal information, account passwords, or payment details on non-official websites. If you have already provided such information on a fake website, please take immediate steps to secure your accounts, such as changing passwords and contacting your bank.

4 Contact us

If you encounter any suspicious websites or receive any suspicious information, please contact us immediately through our official contact channels.

IJIS is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of academic publishing and promoting a robust academic culture. We have not authorized any agency, individual or website to collect manuscripts or manage related activities on our behalf. We strictly oppose any improper academic practices, including internal recommendations or charging publication fees to guarantee acceptance. Acceptance decisions are based solely on the quality of the submissions. Authors are strongly advised to exercise caution and not to trust information from unauthorized websites or entities.

We will take legal action against any unauthorized use of the IJIS name and hold accountable any individuals involved in such activities.
