This journal is a peer reviewed, fully open access journal. KeAi Communications Co., Ltd is the owner and retains copyright of the overall compiled journal and the compiled issues. The article is universally and freely accessible via the internet in perpetuity, in an easily readable format immediately after publication.
To provide open access, this journal has an open access fee (also known as an Article Processing Charge, APC) which needs to be paid by the authors or on their behalf e.g. by their research funder or institution. The open access publication fee for this journal is USD 800, excluding taxes. For all papers submitted before the 31st of December 2024, the article publication charge will be waived making it free to submit to the journal. Publishing costs will be covered by KeAi.

Access Rights
All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute.

A CC user license manages the reuse of the article. Articles will be published under one of the following licenses according to author's choice:
