Open access journal
This journal is a peer reviewed, fully open access journal owned by the Higher Education Press Limited Company. To provide open access, the journal has an open access fee (also known as article publishing charge, APC) paid by the authors or on their behalf (e.g. by their research funders or institution). The Article Processing Charge (APC) for the accepted manuscripts submitted on and after December 1, 2023 is as below, excluding tax.

Access Rights
All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute.
User Rights
A CC user license manages the reuse of the article. Articles will be published under one of the following licenses according to author's choice:

Let others to copy, to create extracts, abstracts and new works from the Article, to alter and revise the Article, and to make commercial use of the Article (including reuse and/or resale of the Article by commercial entities), provided the user gives appropriate credit (with a link to the formal publication through the relevant DOI), provides a link to the license, indicates if changes were made and the licensor is not represented as endorsing the use made of the work. Author Rights
For open access publishing, this journal uses an exclusive licensing agreement.
For the single article, Authors will retain copyright alongside scholarly usage rights, and the Higher Education Press Limited Company will be granted non-exclusive publishing and distribution rights.

This journal is published bimonthly; February, April, June, August, October, and December.
