Xinzhang Song is a professor engaged in the study on carbon and nitrogen cycling of forest ecosystems in subtropical China and carbon neutrality under the global change, focusing on the bamboo forest productivity formation mechanism and nutrient supply. He hosts 6 National Natural Science Foundation of China, including National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (No. 32125027), and has published more than 80 papers of which more than 50 ones were in SCI journals.
